SoDance Circle

We just started SoDance Circle and we’d love to have you as a member.

SoDance Circle is a small (8-10 people) group of female social dance instructors. We meet online once a month to support each other and learn new skills. Our Circle will be a safe place where we can expand our networks, be ambitious, and help each other achieve our personal and business goals. 

At each meeting, we’ll dive into a different topic ranging from identifying our strengths to combating gender bias in our industry (social dance instructors are normally trained in, and therefore teach, according to the traditional “male lead” and “female follow” form of partner dancing). SoDance aims to boost the profile of our female instructors and for that we have teamed up with leading experts at Lean In Circles to create videos and activities that will guide our discussions.

We think you’d be a wonderful addition to the group and hope you’ll consider joining us. It is all free, of course. All we ask is your commitment to the group and show up online for 60-75 minutes once a month.

Please confirm by the end of November 2021 if you'd like to join us and we will follow up with an email with some date suggestions to have our first meeting. When a group is filled up, we will open another small group to ensure each member can get some quality time in the meeting.
